Iud removed

I had the Paragard iud removed 4 days ago. My fertile period starts tomorrow and I am supposed to ovulate on Valentine's Day. My husband and I had sex the day my iud was removed, yesterday and today. My boobs started becoming very sore and tender to touch yesterday. I didn't think it was pregnancy because I just got my iud removed and it was a hormone free iud, but now I'm not so sure. Any thoughts?
