6 week 1 day Ultra sound

Had my 6 weeks ultra sound today.... Just a empty gestational sac 😔 going back on the 24th for another vaginal US..anyone else have this happen and everything went okay at your next US? My first pregnancy but high risk due to medical problems so I'm really scared/worried.. I love my little baby so much already. Doctors said everything looks great but they didn't do a blood test.. It's going to be a long 2 weeks and three days.
