Back Pains

OMG I've been having real bad back pains all day. I had my last appt this evening en ever since my dr checked me I've been feeling real crappy all day. But these pains aint no joke it's so bad I dnt wanna walk or even move I pray this is a sign that baby boy is tryn to come on his own. Any mommies experience this en baby made their entrance or was it jus prepping yu for baby to come???
