Could an ultrasound be wrong?

I cant sleep and im looking through ultrasound pictures and on some the babies look just like mine and it says that they are 9 weeks or so.... But i was told i am 7 weeks but my baby looks like a 9 week old .. Could there be a mistake or is my baby big???

They measure the baby and go from that.  They could have just zoomed in for the baby's picture.  My first I got done at 7 w and it looked like this my 3rd was done at  7 w1d and the doctor didn't zoom in at all so our little wiggle worm looked Like a tiny bean blob :)

What's CRL? Yeah but i also went to the ER for problems and they told me something diffrent so i dont know

My GA date was literally from conception. Go off the due date they gave you.

A 7 week ultrasound it still looks like a seahorse really, arms and legs haven't even developed yet. This ultrasound is past 7 weeks most definitely.

It is written 7w4d so it is 8th week actually :) Did they tell what was CRL?
