Implant

My implant ran out 5th September 2015, I have only just had it taken out on the 4th February 2016. I had really bad cramps (af) but it only lasted a day & went from light ish red to a pink. Today it has a slight brown tint but not too much. I have spots on my breast and they are very sore. Help??
