Anyone having twins?

Just curious if what symptoms mothers of twins had right off the bat? Im 5 weeks 3 days although im awaiting my first apt on the 25th. But ive already outgrown shirts and pants. Im incredibly tired, more so than i can remember with my boys. Morning sickness, not so much throwing up but to the point im so nauseous i almost passed out at walmart. Horrible hip pain, i cant sleep because of it!! Honestly i thought i could be bloated and i know you can show faster with each pregnancy but i just cant shake this feeling of twins. What were some of yalls first symptoms of multiples? Shows how large i am. Lmp dec 30th- jan4th (pretty heavy)
