Cooked/Raw Foods While Pregnant

So, I'm now 6 weeks and 2 days. Hurray!!
But my good intake is now becoming somewhat disappointing. 
I love eating my steaks rear, same for my wild caught fish (salmon and tuna), I like my eggs a little runny and NOT dry. 
How critical is it really if my meat stays partially raw in the middle?
I do not consume pork and my chicken is always fully cooked. I'm ref feeling o lay to red meat and fish.
