Possible pregnancy?

I have been hungry a lot and craving different foods. I have been having a lot of watery discharge. Last time I had sex was last Friday, before that is was the Friday before. I was just recently on my period it was last Wednesday to this past Sunday. Friday when I had sex I thought my period had stopped but it started back while in the middle of sex and we didn't notice till after. I planned on waiting to see if I miss my next period but was just wondering what all of you thought, have been trying to get pregnant so not sure if it's just all in my head.
