Who feels pretty good (all things considered) and what are your tips?

Curious to hear tips from very late pregnancy mothers who actually feel pretty good physically, all things considered. Are you doing anything special in terms of exercise, diet, meditation, etc.?
For me, even though I look and feel huge, only discomfort is side hip pain when sleeping. Otherwise things aren't as bad as I thought they might be. Feel very lucky!
