Hey, so I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow,I just went to the bathroom && when I wiped there was blood...not like period looking blood, but it was there. I haven't had intercourse recently (been over a week) && I have a headache, but no severe cramping...this is kind of scaring me!! If anyone knows what this is, PLEASE let me know!! Thanks in advance

At almost 20 weeks that's nothing to mess with. I'd see the ER or OB as soon as possible.  Bleeding in the 2nd trimester is not normal.

I would go get checked asap, it's possible you have a low lying placenta and that can cause issues now and later on. Go with your gut, whenever you feel like something isn't right go to the doctor or ER
