Heart Broken

My heart is breaking today as I went in for my first ultrasound at 9wks5days. The tech couldn't get a image so I had to get a internal ultrasound only to find out the baby is measuring in at 6 weeks...instantly I know there is something wrong. The phone rings and its my obgyn telling me the baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago and I'm going to have a miscarriage. Literally have never been so heart broken in my life. Someone please wake me from this bad dream ;-(
