Torn and confused:/ my Dr . Was very serious how he doesn't want me to continue to work out the way I havebeen during pregnancy. I did a lot of research and the Dr pretty much shot me down and said you want to train for the Olympic or have a baby. Of course I'm going to listen to the Dr because I don't want anything to happen to our little peanut, but just torn if that is just his beliefs or not. I have been working out pretty much my whole life not like I just started. Anyone else dr tell them pretty much only walking and 10 lbs weights ?!?
