Blood work levels too high?

This morning my husband and I had our pregnancy confirmed after doing our first round with clomid three weeks ago. I only took 50 mg of Clomid and clearly things worked!! However they told me they were hoping to see me at 100 for my HCG levels. This afternoon my nurse called and said I'm at 358 which according to what I'm reading I'm at the level of someone much further than two weeks and I know I'm no more than that. Has anyone else been thru this? I am getting bloodwork again on Friday but I just think it's so odd how pronounced my levels are and the bloating and heartburn has really really set in the last few days. I'm reading it could be multiples...anyone able to offer their advice?
