Just so sad

I was pregnant with twins but lost one. They found a subcorionic hematoma in my 2nd trimester that they said would kill my baby. I bleed for 2 months and was on bed rest, pelvic rest and on a special diet To try and keep my baby. At my 28 week appointment they told me the hematoma was reduced to be considered less hazardous to the baby and I was so relieved. Well now I'm 30 weeks and noticed today spotting of blood. I'm just so tired of bleeding I feel like my baby is in more danger being inside me. I'm just so upset.
