Breast Biopsy

Okay, so I know this isn't about periods or sex but this is the best place I can find to get personal advice. So I had an ultrasound-guided breast biopsy back in October to check out a small lump in my left breast. Thank God, literally, that everything came back negative and it was benign. But it has now been almost four months since the biopsy and I'm experiencing sharp pains where the biopsy was. Anyone with anything similar to this experience?? I don't know if I should go to the doctor or just see if it passes? It started on Saturday, and got painful enough that it woke me up from my sleep and I cried in the car this afternoon because it wouldn't stop. Any tips or information would be much appreciated, thank you!
