Is this safe to take while pregnant?

I am battling a horrible sore throat and congestion and would just love some sleep. These liquigels are alcohol free and have only three active ingredients: 
1. Acetaminophen (pain relief - 325mg per capsule)
2. Dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant - 15mg per capsule)
3. Doxylamine succinate (antihistamine - 6.25mg per capsule)

My doctor told me no. I was told to take Tylenol for fever, up to 3 cough drops an hour, and Benadryl for the sneezing and sinus congestion.

Try warm tea with lemon and honey. Works wonders for your throat and cough.

Try drinking some tea with honey. There was a segment with a doctor on the Today show the other day about natural cold remedies and hot beverages and honey are proven to make you feel better from a cold. ☺️

I'm currently in the hospital with a cold and pregnant. My doc is giving me regular sudafed, Tylenol (acetaminophen ) and guafenisin which I believe is just robitussin

Doxylamine and acetaminophen are both completely fine during pregnancy. One is a category a and the other a category b. Dextromethorphan is a category c based on  the fact that some animal studies did show it having effects on the fetus, but no human studies have been conducted. The fda recommends that it's only taken when it's benefits outweigh it's risks.
