Feeling nervous :(

I'm 18w 1d & feeling nervous. I feel like I should be feeling baby by now but I'm unsure as to whether I have or not. This is my second baby I feel like I'm not showing at all. I haven't put on a pound in weight and with my last pregnancy I piled on the weight and struggled to lose it after so I'm fatter this time round before getting pregnant. My next scan isn't for another 11 days but I'm so worried something will have happened to my baby when I go there :( I also have a doppler and I found the heartbeat about 2 weeks ago but have struggled since although I can hear whooshing /movement sounds but unsure if that's just me...

Sorry for the rant just wanted to see if there was anyone similar to me out there. Iv experienced no pain or anything at any point.
