Should I be worried? Late period. Please help!

I was meant to start my period on 4th Feb but I joined the gym on 1st and started a new regime that week. I'm over weight. I last had sex on 28th of Jan which was exactly a week before my period was due to start and my periods are very regular. I've had all symptoms; tender breasts, pre-cramps, "the feeling of bleeding" and all that pre-period good stuff.  My bf is a pro at withdrawal and even up till now I'm having period symptoms albeit late. But the question is will I get my period or not? 😩. Don't want to be pregnant just yet. Did the gym really affect the arrival of my period? PLEAESE HELP!!
