Controlling mother

Seriously I don't know if I just need a place to vent my frustrations or what. But does anyone else have a mother who likes to control everything. From what you wear to what time the heating should be turned on. I am seriously beginning to develop a strong dislike of my own mother and I know it sounds pretty harsh but she is so controlling Omgd.
