Masturbation & Orgasm

So I was wondering if intense orgasms and frequent masturbation affect conceiving. I have PCOS and almost everyday I masturbate to get intense orgasms. I don't know if that affects my eggs ovaries and all. I asked this question before and some people find it funny but it's a serious question and I'm concerned. We're TTC baby 1
