Help! Worried/anxious

After trying for several years I finally got a positive on a hpt. If my Calculations are right I should be exactly 5 weeks. I took three hpt, three past days, and all three were positive. I went to doctor today and had positive urine test. I also had an ultrasound and was told he could only see a thick uterine lining which is a really good sign. I am getting blood work today and Friday to confirm. Has this happened to anyone else before?? Trying to stay positive 😔
