17 DPO... BFN??

Question

Why am I getting BFN's ? Could I have ovulated later than I thought? Does it sometimes take women longer to get a positive?

I thought I was going to ovulate on 19th Jan as thought my cycle would be about 26 days long

However I kept testing as I didn't get it on 19th. It finally came 3/4 of feb, I'm not on day 29 of cycle!
