Opinion on vback?

We have been ttc for 6months. Its been 9years since my emergeancy c-section. Trying to see if I need to switch Dr's for when we do get a positive test. What are your thoughts on vback ladies?

18 months between births is the minimum for a vbac to be considered. The risks are quite small in reality. Find a vbac friendly doctor or midwife

As long as your doctor says it's okay with your previous c section type and your baby is vertex it's okay. Usually the reason you had to have the first is a deciding factor too.
They have to watch you different when you are in Labor with a vbac, there's always the slight risk of uterine rupture when you vbac so they monitor a little more carefully and always have someone around for the c section if you do need it. At least that's how it is at my hospital.

Some Drs say it's ok, my dr said if I wanted vbac, my best chance was to wait at least 2 years before getting pregnant. This pregnancy was concieved 11 days after my son turned 2 lol! It's still early so baby could be breech again, but my dr said it's a real possibility for me
