trying to conceive

okay so today as I was laying in bed all of a sudden I started getting mild stabbing pains in my. stomach, something ive never really felt before. my period is due between the 12th & 14th of this month. I normally get cramps the day of my period like an hour before it starts.. any ideas ladies?? what do you think??
