Explain to me what the difference is? Doesn't a Sperm stay in you for 5days

Actually sperms survive in your body for 3 days while your egg once you ovulated only survives for 1 day. Your ovulation day is when your egg is fully grown and released to possibly be fertilized. Your fertile window is the window during which there is a chance you could get pregnant. The calculation for this is based on your past periods and is usually about 7 days long, just to make sure. So they calculate about 5 days back from when your ovulation day is planned and 2 days after your probable date. But as your body changes from month to month, it is never 100% sure because for example the app can just calculate based on the past and can't be influenced by anything out of your current cycle.
