UTIs in the second trimester.

Ladies who have had UTIs in the second trimester. Was is painful? Like basically excrusiating? I think I might have one (going to emerg when my mom gets off work) and it hurts in the low pelvic area. It doesn't burn when I pee, but my cervix hurts too.. It hurts when I move. It's been like this since last night and it started off dull but got worse, so at the beginning I thought it was just ligament pain..
