Diet/Workout plan??

I'm not very worried about losing weight, I'm 103 lbs and 5'2" but I've been wanting to tone up my belly and get my butt a lil toned and bigger looking. And just all together get more toned and healthy and have more energy. I was wondering if anyone had any motivation ideas, workout plans, what foods to stay away from and eat more of etc. Some tips would be very appreciated.
