Sex at level 2?

Hi ladies. So since I'm diabetic instead of giving me an anatomy scan my doctor is sending me straight for a fetal echo and a level 2 ultrasound. Will they tell me the sex just like at a normal anatomy scan? And does anyone know how long they each should last? When I called and made the appointment the woman told me to allot 1 hour. That seems quick for both of those scans to me, I thought I heard the anatomy scan alone takes 1.
