anyone other Mirena users having this issue?

so. to keep it without going super tmi.. my bowels are quite literally fucked. I don't cramp anymore. I'm getting stomach cramps from constant diarrhea and I'll go from that- to totally constipated the next week. it's wreaking havoc on my digestive system. is this happening to anyone else? I'm thinking about going back veggie again, but the "transitional hell week" might be too much for me now.-.
