I'm almost 14 weeks and I'm experiencing neck and shoulder pain so bad I'm in tears (I've also not been able to sleep for 3 days because of it). I've been icing it and I see a chiropractor once a week. Does anyone have any other tips? I'm pretty sure this is a combo of me sleeping on my side and from being overly stressed out at work.
