And again confused..first experience

So i had a mc on jan 13th and a dnc on jan 15th. My levels were at 519 2 weeks ago and i took a pregnancy test last sunday on the 7th and it was positive and my symptoms from the pregnancy was gone about 2 and a half weeks ago but now i seem to have a few of the symptoms back. Me and my husband had sex about 6days after the dnc everyday for a week or so. I only took the test on sunday to get my negative result so we can start trying again. I took another one this morning and it was positive again. Idk what to think. Whether im pregnant again or my hormones are still registering the pregnancy from january.
