Will you know during the first ultrasound whether or not you are having twins? How late can you go before twins are obviously not going to happen? Twins don't run in either my family nor my husband's but I am paranoid that I will end up with 2 instead of 1. I already had my first ultrasound, it looked to me like only 1. I figured the doctor would have said something if there was 2.
