I'm so annoyed 😢😢 also tmi

I've been testing all week and been getting faint positive line I'm super late on my period how ever my chest have some veins on them never had them before ! I seriously just wanna know if I'm pregnant I have my doctors appointment on the 29th :/ all I ask God is to let me concive and if I'm not to please give me a period 😢😢 also have these on my chest ? Normal ???
