Is that a line??

I've been thinking maybe this month was the one, having some symptoms that I worked up in my head as maybe finally being good news...but then the past three days I have had major cramps and I thought, okay AF is on her way yet again...but then this morning, four days before AF should be starting, I got this...is there any way this is real and the cramps aren't in AF rearing her ugly head again?
