Telling work?!?!?

When and how to tell work your pregnant . My boss already knows and I feel like whispers are going around. And I'm 8 weeks and already feel like I'm showing!!! Please advise.

Plus On cute ways to tell.

I'm envious of women that get to wait to tell until they're ready. 
I'm in the Navy and I had two weeks from the time I tested positive at Medical to tell everyone in my chain of command.

I found out at 3w2d and everyone under the sun knew at 3w4d.

I saw a really cute Pinterest where someone brought in a dozen dounuts and on the inside of the box the tape a letter the said something like. Please eat up my mommy doesn't want to be the only one getting big - baby (insert last name) I going to do that but our local dounut shop make these really good sugar cookies w/ icing. Not sure what design I'm going to have on the cookie yet
