On the Supreme Court blocking Obama's carbon emissions plan?

I still have to read more in to his plan.
But right off the bat, I have to say, our planet is more important than money. People losing their jobs is terrible, it might even affect my family directly, but if we do not act now, our children will suffer the consequences of our greed. 
This is real shit. We need to make changes now.

I thought it was just delayed pending proof of the legality of the proposed measures? Anyhoo, opponents say it would choke out many industries and cripple some communities that are already struggling with overwhelming unemployment. Personally, from what little I know about his plan, it's too broad and sweeping, and likely to cause even more job loss. It will cost companies a fortune to comply.
