A F E....anybody else worried?

This is my 3rd baby and even though all 3 of my pregnancies have been complication free I am scared of getting an amniotic fluid embolism during or right after labor and dying. I have two older kids I need to be here for and I didn't even know this condition exsisted when I was pregnant with my other two. I think about it day and night and it's giving me crazy anxiety. I barely sleep or eat because of it. I know it's extremely rare but it scares the shit out of me. Anyone in the same boat?
