Low % on growth chart?

Question

Our girl is 9 weeks, and had a bad case of jaundice for about 1.5weeks after she was born so she lost about a pound. Now she's around 6-7% weight on the chart... Dr doesn't seem concerned, just that she's small and still is gaining weight, growing head/height and meeting developmental milestones. But I'd love her to bump back up to closer to average!!! We exclusively breastfed for 9 weeks but now I'm back at work and pump, nurse at night. Anyone else???

My son lost a whole pound after he was born too due to his tongue tie. He will be 10 weeks tomorrow but when we last had him weighed he was 10 pounds 6 oz and was 6% on the chart!! It scared me but the pediatrician said he's just small and has always been on the smaller side so he wasn't worried. I just want him to gain more weight! His head and length are fine. He is also a breastfed baby.

You may just have a peanut on your hands! My first daughter spent her first year under 10% and has never gotten above 40% even now. My second daughter on the other hand was 95% at our 2 month check up 😂

Are you going by the cdc charts, or the who charts? Breastfed babies should always be measured by the who charts because breastfed babies are not as large as formula babies. And that is totally fine... Breastmilk is the perfect food, if your doctor is not worried, you should try not to be also. Easier said than done, I know!! 
My son was exclusively breastfed and has been on the skinnier side, really low on the weight charts, <10%
He is super healthy, 2 years old, was potty trained at 22 months, knows all his letters, colors, numbers, shapes and superheroes :) 
Don't sweat it.. Your milk is feeding his brain, not his chub. Look at the baby not the scale! Happy healthy babies don't always need to be chubby. You are doing great!!
