Im a glutton
How can I become repulsed with bread and fast food and candy and cake.. I want to quit those things because I CANNOT eat them in moderation!! I need to lose 60 pounds I'm in the obese bmi and it happened in only a year. I used to just refuse to buy junk but since marriage I have to fly solo on the healthy eating. So boom - ideas!! Please and thank you!!
