38+6. Not feeling well

Does anyone else not feel well?? Like idk how to explain it but I feel kinda like I'm coming down with a cold or something. I can't tell what it is. Yesterday I had contractions all day long, today they've stopped & I woke up with a stuffy nose & some pressure in my nose. I'm dilated 1cm with lots of pressure & baby is head down. I've been nauseous on & off for weeks but I don't think it's that that I'm feeling right now. I woke up feeling really odd too. Idk I'm just uncomfortable & sort of moody...
