So I am 8 weeks pregnant and have my very first appointment tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited. Tonight I had some abdominal cramping on my left side and I went to the bathroom and there was some blood. I'm really scared if it's a normal amount or I should expect bad news tomorrow. The picture is after wiping 3 times. Any comments are appreciated.
