Dark Spots😩

Any suggestions as to what work for acne scars ? My face have so many dark spots on my cheeks and I really dislike them. I can't seem to get rid of them no matter what I try. I did 2 chemical peels before, it faded but never went away. I was prescribed 2 creams that haven't worked. I tried rubbing fresh lemons but that did not work either. I am really going through a thing with my skin to the point I'm near darn stressed. I really want my beautiful skin back.
