Is it normal for testicles to be kinda cool to the touch?

My boyfriends balls are ALWAYS kinda cold and idk if that might be a reason why I haven't gotten pregnant yet.

They should be about 2 degrees cooler than the rest of the body for sperm to survive and stay at the correct temperature that is why they hang away from the body. Unless he is cold then they will rise up closer to the body to get warm. So if he isn't cold they should be cool to the touch especially if he's naked and has been for a while :)

Tmi but sometimes I'll just put my hand in his pants and feel his balls while I'm "getting him ready" and they'll just be kinda cold lol I just thought it was weird and he knows absolutely nothing about his body so that doesn't help much
