I would believe everything I read or see. Doctors tell you it is safe. I personally don't use that kind of stuff I use Doterra oils it is all natural.

It would probably not hurt anything if you just took an occasional Tylenol. But I try to not take any medicine while pregnant. I just feel its safer to not take the chance something could effect the baby adversely. 😄
