Dilation???

I'm a FTM. I just had a sexual encounter with my baby's dad through Skype since he's out of town. When I put a finger in there, it felt more loose. Does that mean I'm dilating? My ob doesn't check that at all. I could fit only one, two still hurt, but it was still with a lot of space left over. Baby keeps moving. I feel punches really low, right in the pubic area. Any help please.
