Annoying Dr.

Got a pap smear done last Wednesday and this week got a call from the DR's, was told to come in for an appointment to discuss my pap smears results.

Got all worried for two days and asked my partner to join me for the appointment if its bad news.

Was soo thankful he came. My doctor took one look at him and said. "It's okay. Your test didn't come back abnormal. Everything's fine."

She just wanted me to come in to tell me my sample couldn't be tested as it was either too dry or had some blood in it (I wasn't on my period when I got the test done, so likely dry) and I have to redo the test in a few weeks.

We were all worried! She could've told us that over the phone and not have us worried sick. So peeved. But relieved at the same time.

Have you guys had this kind of scare? Or worse an actual abnormal result from a pap smear?
