3-7 or 5-9?

Ok, so a little backstory. I have done two rounds of Clomid days 3-7. I did ovulate both times but did not conceive. AF showed today so I asked my doctor if I should switch to days 5-9. He said the days don't make much difference so I could try it if I wanted. Has anyone had better luck switching days? Any advice would be so appreciated.

My dr. Told me to take it days 4-8. I will start later this week for my first round. I seem to be the only person I've heard of being told to do days 4-8? I don't really know why but I'm hoping that the "split the difference" idea will work? I've had two consecutive miscarriages so I don't know if that has any thing to do with his plan. Good luck!

I have heard that 3-7 gives you more chance at ovulating and 5-9 gives you more mature follicles. So who knows? Maybe do 4-8 and split the difference?
