Why am i so dehydrated i drink water every single day and im still dehydrated what can i do about that

Is your urine dark yellow or are you just thirsty all the time? I am crazy thirsty 24/7 these days (17 weeks) even though I drink 100oz of water a day and basically pee clear. If it's just thirst don't worry because that is ironically a poor determinate of dehydration, but if your urine is really really dark make sure you are drinking at least 64oz of liquids a day - anything counts!

Feeling thirsty does not mean you are dehydrated. Especially if you are drinking lots of water, peeing regularly and your pee is not dark.

You need to mention it to a doc. It could just be a dry throat or dry air or other randomness. But sometimes the thirst is a sign of illness like diabetes.

If you are in a place with cold dry air outside and heaters running inside, the dry air is working against you. I got a humidifier, but i still sip water throughout the night to keep from waking up parched. I also bought clothing racks and use those to dry our clothes instead of the dryer.

As for your water intake - can you find a way to flavor water to drink more (ie - herbal teas?) i like to have a cup of hot tea in the evening and sometimes cooled tea throughout the day to drink more.

How much and if your drinking water plus sugar that won't help for instance orange juice will dehydrate the heck outta you drink something like appe juice ginger ale eat something with salt as well if that don't help call your doctor
