What is this

I'm 16 weeks 2 days and I just woke up. I was lying on my back looking at the bump I have and noticed it was more to the right. Anyway, I poked it and messed with it and then felt a pain go through my back and into my front. It lasted maybe 2 minutes. After I got up and went to the bathroom, and let out an extremely long fart btw 😂 it started to subside. There was no blood or anything
