Early symptoms?? Helppp

Hi! I take seasonale birth control which is the 90 day pack. In other words I get my period 4 times a year. I've been taking it 10 years. I missed a couple pills a few weeks back and took a test (which was negative). The past few days I've felt sick with head cold symptoms but I've also had some extra white discharge and pain more under my arms then my boob area. Today I've had this weird pubic bone achy pain that I've never had before. Should I retest?!
